Winners for the second quarter of 2022 have been named based on their extraordinary work as recognized in patient satisfaction surveys for USF Health. The high marks earned them awards that are part of the USF Health’s Press Ganey Employee Recognition Program, an effort to recognize those with top scores in each quarterly report.
The ongoing award program recognizes those who have achieved high performance in providing USF Health patients with exceptional care and service. Named each quarter based on that quarter’s survey results, winners are from four categories: provider, nurse/assistant, nurse practitioner/physician assistant, and office staff.
Q2-2022 winners are:
Care Provider: Dr. Xavier Prida, Internal Medicine – Cardiology, with a score of 97.32% ranking him in the 99thPercentile nationally.
APRN/PA : Marie Labadie-Degennaro, DNP, Neurology, with a score of 97.54% ranking her in the 99th Percentile nationally.
RN/MA: Moh’s Dermatology, with a score of 95.28% ranking them in the 99th Percentile nationally.
Front Desk Staff: NSI 1st Floor, with a score of 99.09%, ranking them in the 99th Percentile nationally.
